The formula
Five actives. Five amounts. No blend.
Every 1 mL of Mind & Memory+ contains 30 mg of bacopa, 20 mg of ginkgo leaf, 30 mg of lion’s mane, 20 mg of blueberry and 20 mg of phosphatidylserine (from sunflower lecithin). Each amount is on the label—no "mind blend" total hiding the split.
They sit in an MCT oil base with sunflower lecithin and a natural flavour. Shake well before every dose.
Why an oil baseThis liquid is built on MCT oil, a light oil, with sunflower lecithin to keep the actives evenly mixed. That is why the dose steps begin with a good shake.

Together, they are the daily baseline behind Mind & Memory+: a daily liquid to help support normal cognitive function and alertness in senior dogs, given once a day with the measured dropper.
Dosing by weight
The dose fits the dog.
Once daily, using the measured dropper—directly into the mouth or mixed with food. Because the amount scales with weight, a Great Dane doesn't get a Chihuahua's dose, and one 60 mL bottle lasts anywhere from 24 to 120 days.

Step 1
Shake well
Before every dose. The oil and lecithin settle on standing, so give it a proper shake.
Step 2
Draw the dose
Fill the dropper to the line for your dog's weight—0.5 mL to 2.5 mL.
Step 3
Give it
Directly into the mouth, or mixed into food. Provide fresh drinking water at all times.
Step 4
Make it daily
Once daily on an ongoing basis as part of a daily wellness routine, or as directed by a veterinarian.
Cautions
Do not use in immature, pregnant or lactating animals. Do not use in animals receiving other drugs unless directed by a veterinarian. Do not exceed the recommended dose. Do not use if the seal is broken. Keep out of reach of children. Store in a cool, dry place.

Why does it need shaking?
It's built on MCT oil with sunflower lecithin, and shaking mixes the actives evenly before each dose. Store the bottle in a cool, dry place.
Does it contain common allergens?
The final allergen statement is confirmed before launch. For now: the other ingredients are MCT oil, sunflower lecithin and natural flavour, and every active is listed on this page. If your dog has a known sensitivity, ask your veterinarian before using it.
Can I give it alongside medication or other supplements?
Not without asking your veterinarian first. If you have noticed changes in your senior dog's behaviour, talk with your veterinarian; do not use it in animals receiving other drugs unless a veterinarian directs it.
Is it for cats?
No. Mind & Memory+ is made for dogs, and its dose chart is set by a dog's weight.
