Free Tracked Expedited Shipping (All 10 Provinces)
We offer free tracked expedited shipping to all 10 Canadian provinces.
Delivery times vary by location, but every order ships with tracking so you can follow it from the moment it leaves our facility.
Where We Ship From
All orders are packed and shipped from Vancouver, BC.
Carrier
We ship with Canada Post to ensure your order arrives safely and reliably.
Processing Time
Orders ship Monday through Friday and are typically fulfilled the next business day.
Shipping to the Territories (Yukon, NWT, Nunavut)
Shipping costs for orders going to Yukon, Northwest Territories, or Nunavut are calculated at checkout.
Tracking & Delivery
- Real-Time Tracking: You’ll receive an automated email with your tracking number as soon as your package ships.
- Delivery Updates: Tracking will continue to update as your package moves through the delivery network.
If your tracking hasn’t updated within 3 business days of shipment, email us at [email protected] and we’ll look into it right away.
Delivery Notes
- Incorrect addresses: If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect/incomplete address, we can reship it once the address is corrected. Additional shipping charges may apply.
- Marked delivered but not received: If Canada Post shows a package as delivered but you can’t find it, check around your delivery area and with neighbors/building management first — then email us and we’ll help you investigate.

We’re not here to play policy games. We stand behind our formulas, our ingredient quality, and the care that goes into every bottle. If something isn’t right, we’ll make it right.
The 60-Day Vitality Window
Supplements work best when used consistently. We recommend giving NutraWag daily for at least 30 days to allow time for your routine (and your dog’s response) to stabilize.
If you’re not satisfied with your dog’s experience within 60 days of delivery, we’ll refund your purchase in full.
How to Request a Refund
We’ve made this quick and simple:
- Email Us: Contact [email protected] with your order number.
- Optional (but helpful): Share why it wasn’t the right fit — your feedback helps us improve, but it’s not required.
- Donation Option (Often Preferred): In many cases, we won’t ask you to ship the product back. Instead, we may suggest donating any remaining product to a local animal shelter or a dog in need. You’ll still receive your refund, and another dog benefits too.
Refunds are typically processed within 3–5 business days after your request is received. Depending on your bank, it may take additional time to appear on your statement.

- Shipping Costs: If you paid for shipping (such as certain remote deliveries), shipping charges are non-refundable.
