The formula
Five actives. Five amounts. Nothing hidden.
Every 1 mL of Night Rest+ contains 30 mg of valerian root, 20 mg of passionflower leaf, 20 mg of lemon balm leaf, 50 mg of L-glycine and 10 mg of magnesium (as magnesium bisglycinate). Each amount is on the label—no "rest blend" total hiding the split.
That's the whole formula—three plants, an amino acid and a mineral, carried in vegetable glycerin and purified water with a natural flavour.
Root, leaves, amino acid, mineralValerian is a root; passionflower and lemon balm are leaves. Glycine is an amino acid, and the magnesium comes bound to glycine as bisglycinate, a form used in many supplements.

Dosing by weight
The dose fits the dog.
Once daily, using the measured dropper—directly into the mouth or mixed with food. Because the amount scales with weight, a Great Dane doesn't get a Chihuahua's dose, and one 60 mL bottle lasts anywhere from 24 to 120 days.

Step 1
Shake well
Before every dose. It's a concentrated botanical liquid, so give it a proper shake.
Step 2
Draw the dose
Fill the dropper to the line for your dog's weight—0.5 mL to 2.5 mL.
Step 3
Give it
Directly into the mouth, or mixed into food. Provide fresh drinking water at all times.
Step 4
Make it daily
Once daily on an ongoing basis as part of a daily wellness routine, or as directed by a veterinarian.
Cautions
Do not use in immature, pregnant or lactating animals. Do not use in animals receiving other drugs unless directed by a veterinarian. Do not exceed the recommended dose. Do not use if the seal is broken. Keep out of reach of children. Refrigerate after opening.

When should I give it?
Once daily. Many people give it in the evening, and giving it at about the same time each day keeps it simple. Draw the dose with the measured dropper and give it into the mouth or mixed with food.
Does it contain common allergens?
The final allergen statement is confirmed before launch. For now: the other ingredients are vegetable glycerin, purified water and natural flavour, and every active is listed on this page. If your dog has a known sensitivity, ask your veterinarian before using it.
Can I give it alongside medication or other supplements?
Not without asking your veterinarian first. Do not use it in animals receiving other drugs unless a veterinarian directs it.
Is it for cats?
No. Night Rest+ is made for dogs.
